Background & Objectives:
Amidst the rapid growth of Vietnam’s e-commerce and logistics market, the demand for flexible and contactless delivery solutions that optimize user experience has become urgent. Viettel Post developed SmartBox – an automated locker system to address the limitations of traditional delivery methods such as time dependency, delivery interruptions and lack of user autonomy.
