  • Over 55.7 million impressions
  • Compared to the same period in 2023: organic reach increased by 31.78%
  • More than 189K clicks and nearly 10,000 engagements
  • The TVC achieved over 1.6 million views

Background & Objectives

  • The end of the year is when business plans are executed at full capacity with the goal of achieving a breakthrough. In addition to many key tasks like preparing inputs, production, or seeking new distribution partners, transportation is one of the critical tasks that must be carefully planned.
  • Objective: Focused on understanding and supporting businesses in the final stretch of 2023 and looking toward new goals in 2024, Novaon Digital, in collaboration with 247Express, launched the campaign “Check the Delivery – Drive to New Horizons.” This campaign affirms that 247Express not only provides fast delivery solutions but also serves as a dedicated, trustworthy partner, ready to stand by businesses on their growth journey, helping them get closer to a prosperous future.

Novaon Digital’s Implementations

  • TVC: 247Express introduced the TVC “One Check, One Step Forward,” showcasing the creativity of 247Express through familiar checkmarks. It connects with real business stories and highlights the role of the delivery service: each successful delivery checkmark by 247Express is a stepping stone for businesses to grow sustainably.
  • Social Media Posts: A strategic communication plan was developed, deeply exploring customer insights, selecting the most relevant messages and channels. Novaon Digital’s strategy focused on positioning 247Express as a professional, reliable delivery service provider that prioritizes customer experience. Social media posts revolved around customer insights during the Tet season and shared inspirational stories from 247Express, helping customers better understand its mission, products, and services.
  • Comic Series: The comic series “247Express Red Team – The Delivery Checkmark” highlighted the USP of the 247Express team with the message “FAST + DEDICATED,” reinforcing the brand’s role as a trusted delivery partner for businesses.
