Background & Objectives
After a period of facing low sales due to the negative impact of the health and economic crisis, Peugeot identified the “golden time” to make a comeback, taking advantage of a 1-month window to get ahead of many competitors. Leveraging their advantageous SUV line, Peugeot aimed to recover sales compared to the pre-crisis period.
Novaon Digital’s Implementations
Novaon Digital applied an integrated technology solution to accompany Peugeot’s campaign this time. In addition, we focused on customers, using technology and upgrading the CRM system. The result was a significant increase in Peugeot’s sales and market share, overcoming the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. As well as bringing Peugeot to the leading position in the European SUV segment in the Vietnamese automotive market.
